Stand Stand !

The church of Jesus Christ must not stop preaching in the
Word of God.

Many Modern Churches live below the standard of the New Testament Church. You have to backslide to be in fellowship and approved by the world, the flesh and the devil. We go along to get along. We want comfort but not challenge. We want to crown but not the cross. We want the approval of the world, even disapproved of God.

In these last days of God wants an army. We are the conquering army of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Lord of Host. We are not here to go along to get along. We are here for victory over the world, the flesh and the devil. Paul said to fight the good fight of faith, to endure hardness as a good soldier.

There are lions to slay. There are mountains to climb. There are victories to gain. The Bible says that the man who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is not worthy of the kingdom (Luke 9:62)

Eph 6:13 “Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you maybe able to withstand in the evil days, and having done all, to stand. Stand. Stand! Stand in the evil days. Stand up for Jesus. Stand up for the word of God. Finally, if God is for us, who can be against us? Roman 8:31b

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 15:57 .

信徒的某些经历若开始叫他与其他信徒分开，他就得认真加以检讨那些经历。圣经的教导是“用和平彼此联络，竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心”﴾弗４：３﴿。

dethrone pride and make an end of prejudice and rebellion but
the power of the HOLY GHOST.

It was this that fell upon the hard hearted scribes and Pharisees
on the day of Pentecost, causing three thousands to be converted
to CHRIST. Peter sermon was by no means an eloquent one from
the world’s point of view, but brought men to CHRSIT by thousands.
Nothing in this world can reprove and convince men of sin, righteousness,

and of judgment to come but the HOLY SPIRIT ~John16:8.

The Lord is my real boss, and I shall not want.

He gives me peace, when chaos is all around me.

He gently reminds me to pray and do all things without murmuring and complaining.

He reminds me that He is my source and not my job.

He restores my sanity everyday and guides my decisions that I might honor Him an all that I do.

Even though I face absurd amounts of e-mails, system crashes,

unrealistic deadlines, budget cutbacks, gossiping co-workers, discriminating supervisors

and an aging body that doesn’t cooperate every morning,

I still will not stop for He is with me! His presence, His peace, and His power will see me through.

He raises me up, even when they fail to promote me.

He claims me as His own, even when the company threatens to let me go. His faithfulness and love is better than any bonus cheque.

His retirement plan beats any pension fund there is!

When it’s all said and done, I’ll be working for Him a whole lot longer and for that,

I BLESS HIS NAME!!!!!!

God Shapes The World By Prayer.

The more praying there is in this world, the better the world will be, the mightier the forces against evil everywhere.

Prayers are deathless. The lips that uttered them may be closed in death, the heart that felt them may have ceased to beat, but the prayers live before God, and God’s heart is set on them and prayers outlive the lives of those who uttered them; they outlive a generation, outlive an age, out live a world.

The man of many and acceptable prayers has done the truest and greatest service to the incoming generation. The prayers of God’s saints strengthen the unborn generation against the desolating waves of sin and evil.

God’s house is the house of prayer, God’s work is the work of prayer. It is the zeal for God’s house and the zeal for God’s works that makes God’s house glorious and His work abide. When prayer fails, in the church, the world prevails. When prayer fails, the Church loses its divine characteristics and divine power. We are charged in God’s Word “always to pray …in everything by prayer…continuing instant in prayer, to pray everywhere ……praying always.”

August 2010 is a month of prayer for our nation.

Assurance In Jesus

May Jesus assure you that as you follow Him…

you’ll never meet a fear He cannot conquer,

you’ll never face an enemy He cannot defeat,

you’ll never enter a battle He cannot win,

you’ll never have a need He cannot meet,

you’ll never face a temptation He can’t overcome,

you’ll never have a burden He cannot lift,

you will never face a problem He cannot solve,

you’ll never have a bondage He cannot break,

you’ll never have a moment when He doesn’t care,

you’ll never have a time when He is not there.

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me

THE SECRET

The Secret One day, one friend asked another,

"How is it that you are always so happy?

You have so much energy,

And you never seem to get down.

With her eyes smiling, she said,

"I know the Secret!"

"What secret is that?"

To which she replied,

"I'll tell you all about it,

But you have to promise to Share the Secret with others."

"The Secret is this:

I have learned there is little I can do In my life that will make me truly happy.

I must depend on God to make me happy and to meet my needs.

When a need arises in my life,

I have to trust God to supply According to HIS riches.

I have learned most of the time I don't need half of what I think I do.

He has never let me down.

Since I learned that 'Secret',

I am happy.

The questioner's first thought was,

"That's too simple!"

But upon reflecting over her own life.

She recalled how she thought...

a bigger house Would make her happy,

but it didn't!

She thought a better paying job....

Would make her happy, but it hadn't.

When did she realize her greatest happiness?

Sitting on the floor with her grandchildren,

Playing games, eating pizza or reading a story,

A simple gift from God.

Now you know it too!

We can't depend on people to make us happy.

Only GOD in His infinite wisdom can do that.

Trust HIM!

And now I pass the Secret on to you!

So once you get it, what will you do?

YOU have to tell someone the Secret, too!

That GOD in His wisdom will take care of YOU!

But it's not really a secret...

We just have to believe it and do it...

Really trust God!

GOD LOVES US DEARLY...

Do not give in into sadness or depression for what you are going through today.

God knows how you feel……..

God knows exactly and with perfection what is being allowed to happen to you in your life at this precise moment.

God’s purpose for you is simply perfect.

He wants to show you things that only you can understand by living what you are living, and by being in the place you are now.

May God give you….

For every storm, a rainbow,

For every tear, a smile,

For every care, a promise,

And a blessing in each trial.

For every problem life sends,

A faithful friend to share,

For every sigh, a sweet song,

And an answer for each prayer.

‘After God’s Own Heart’.
When we think of David, our first thought is his victory over Goliath. Other incidents would be his failure with Bath Sheba, his anointing and call as a young man, his problems with Saul and Absalom and his friendship with Jonathan.

That is the human way! We usually remember the spectacular and the glorious. However, when God remembers David, He remembers something quite different about him. To find out turn to the (New Testament). Some 1,000 years after his death, Paul, speaking under inspiration of the Holy Spirit, reveals what God remembers about David in Acts 13:22. “I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do”.

What a testimony of a life well lived and found pleasing to the Lord! It should be our goal as believers to be found pleasing in the Sight of the Lord. It should be our goal to be a person “After God’s own heart”.

Everything I need to know, I learned from Noah’s Ark……..
One: Don’t miss the boat.
Two: Remember that we are all in the same boat.
Three: Plan ahead. It wasn’t raining when Noah built the Ark.
Four: Stay fit. When you are 60 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.
Five: Don’t listen to critics, just get on with the job that need to be done.
Six: Build your future on high ground.
Seven: For safety’s sake, travel in pairs.
Eight: Speed isn’t always an advantage. The snails were on board with the tigers,
Nine: When you’re stressed float a while.
Ten: Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.

Review Church Camp 2010

A little slow in uploading all these pictures to our blog. Our church camp was organized on 25/26 June 2010 at Harvest Home in Gopeng. It was simple and budgeted outing, where allowed us a chance to experience personally a loving, caring Christ-centered community. Everyone's face here tell all. Those who have missed out on this camp, take note and come share together in our church future gathering.

‘Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart’. (V3) Hebrews 12 : 1-3

Author of Hebrews combined these two themes of athletics and citizenship in this chapter (12) we see the runners laying aside their training weights and striving to run their race successfully. Some get weary and faint, while others endure to the end and win the prize.

Two emphasizes given, one the race, (12:1-3) then citizenship in the heavenly city. (14-29). No one can take part in the official games unless he was a citizen of the nation. It is a patriotic thing to be a good athlete and to bring glory to your country (Here it is our heavenly kingdom)Paul pleads: Let us not become weary…..(Gal 6:5)

Paul tells of three divine resources that encourage a Christians to keep going when situation is difficult.

Example of the Son of God (V1a)
Look around at the winners (V1b)
Look at your self (V1b)
Look at Jesus Christ (VV2-4)

The thing that sustained our Lord was the joy of doing His Father’s will.
Let our hearts be fuelled by that same joy and then you too ‘will not grow weary and lose heart’.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen (1 Thess 5:28)

做父母的都知道一个孩子可以〝坏〞到怎样的程度。

但是无论孩子怎样坏，仍可在他心中找到一份未凿的天真－说到底，人拥有上帝的形象与样式，藉着父母师长的发掘、栽培，始终可以找出孩子良善的部分。同样，藉着基督的恩典与救赎的大能，我们这些在天父眼中永远是小孩子的人，也可以重寻一些原本拥有却失落了、忽略了的美善。在父母眼中，儿女的荣耀，就是他们的喜乐。

4He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge… Psalm 91:4

A farmer walked around his farm to take stock of his losses after a fire had destroyed it. When he came to the chicken coop, he noticed the charred carcass of a mother hen. He used his foot to turn the carcass over and to his surprise, live chicks ran out from under it! The mother hen had died protecting her chicks from the fire.

In the Bible, wings speak of protection. David said to God, “Hide me under the shadow of Your wings.” (Psalm 17:8) Jesus Himself offered protection to the Jewish nation when He said, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing!” (Luke 13:34)

He wanted to gather the children of Israel under His wings to protect them, but they were not willing. That was why He wept over Jerusalem. He literally shed tears because He saw the destruction that would come upon His people. He saw the Roman siege of Jerusalem in AD70, when the Romans burnt the city and holy temple, slaughtered many, took some captive and sold others as slaves. (Luke 19:41–44) I believe that He also saw the Holocaust of World War II, which resulted in the extermination of six million Jews.

For us, because we have not rejected Jesus, but have received Him as our Savior, we have His protection, especially in these times of deadly pestilences, natural catastrophes and terrorist attacks.

Like the mother hen who spread her wings and died protecting her chicks, Jesus spread His wings of love and died on the cross for us. And after He had died to save us, He rose again and lives today to make sure that we are well taken care of.

Beloved, see yourself under the wings of your Savior, who has promised you this in His Word: “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge.”

TURNING TO GOD TOGETHER

JOEL 2:12 - 16

Answer GOD’s call. At certain moments in history God summons HIS people to
turn to HIM in order to be forgiven, renewed and used by HIM for HIS purposes.

Returning to GOD because HIS desires to dwell with us; the repentance
Joel describes is not a superficial turning from any particular sinful behaviors.

In fact the gift of repentance is not merely turning from sin; the heart of
repentance is turning to God.

What matters most in the book of Joel is that GOD’s people are dangerously and shamefully distant from HIM, whether by their apathy or because of their sin.

GOD opens HIS heart and calls the people to return to HIM. HIS appeal is focused on the hope of repentance and all the goodness that GOD desires to bring forth. HE is not going to leave thing as they are. Instead, HE’s going to make us like JESUS.

Despite the gloom of mounting evil, HE’s going to heal families, lands, nations and peoples that the earth will be covered with HIS glory, right in the face of darkness.

Isaiah 66:18
I’ll gather all Nations and tongues; and they shall come and see my glory

Dedicated to All Mothers.....

Most Gracious Heavenly Father,

We thank You for our mothers to whom You have entrusted the care of every precious human life from its very beginning in the womb. You have given to woman the capacity of participating with You in the creation of new life.

Grant that every woman may come to understand the full meaning of that blessing,
which gives her an unlimited capacity for selfless love for every child she may be privileged to bear, and for all Your children.

Watch over every mother who is with child, strengthen her faith in Your fatherly care and love for her and for her unborn baby. Give her courage in times of fear or pain, understanding in times of uncertainty and doubt, and hope in times of trouble. Grant her joy in the birth of her child.

To mothers You have given the great privilege and responsibility of being a child's first teacher and spiritual guide. Grant that all mothers may worthily foster the faith of their children, following the example of Mary, Elizabeth, and other holy women who follow Christ. Help mothers to grow daily in knowledge and understanding
of Your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, and grant them the wisdom to impart this
knowledge faithfully to their children, and to all who depend upon them.

Assist all "spiritual mothers", those who, though they may have no children of their own, nevertheless selflessly care for the children of others -- of every age and
state in life. Grant that they may know the joy of fulfilling this motherly calling
of women, whether in teaching, nursing, religious life, or in other work which recognizes and fosters the true dignity of every human being created in Your image
and likeness.

We beseech You to send Your Holy Spirit, the Comforter, to all mothers who sorrow for children that have died, are ill or estranged from their families, or who are in trouble or danger of any kind. Help grieving mothers to rely on Your tender mercy and fatherly love for all your children.

We ask your blessing on all those to whom You have entrusted motherhood. May Your Holy Spirit constantly inspire and strengthen them. May they ever follow the example of Mary, mother of Our Lord, and imitate her fidelity, her humility, and her self-giving love. May all mothers receive Your Grace abundantly in this earthly life, and may they look forward to eternal joy in Your presence in the life to come.

We ask this through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end. AMEN.
