Be A Victorious Woman, Live Life With Grace and Gratitude - Ps.Monica James

27th.April, 2009 ==> Ps Monica James from Johore shared during the ladies' fellowship about "Victorious Women"

Victorious Women in Christ
Ps.Monica shared that women will find hope and restoration with our continuous prayer. Pray to find reconciliation in our life and grow closer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The world is a tough place. There are so many hurts, pains, and sufferings.

It is hard enough to deal with the pressures of every day life without our past revisiting us. The enemy wants to claim every aspect of our life. He wants us to believe that our past sins and abuses define who we are today. The father of lies wants us to believe others' definitions of us are truth.

No matter what you have done, or what has happened to you, God loves you. He loves you right where you are at. You do not have to put on your Sunday best to meet Him.

Stand up and show the enemy that he cannot defeat you. Show him that your Lord and Savior is Sovereign. He is the One in control of your life if you let Him. People will look at you in judgement but Jesus never will. Rise up victorious from your past. Serve the LORD with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Psalm 100:2

Be A Victorous Woman:

- She is a woman of faith who believes that the power of God will work in her life.
- Is a praying woman, who prayed honestly from her heart for God blessing.
- Is not bound by circumstance, she is a woman of conquest, triumph and excellent, a victorious woman is not an ordinary woman she is extraordinary because of the power of God’s anointing flowing through her life.
- Who have yielded themselves to God (Hebrew 12:11; Romans 6:13)

The fellowship also shared, prayer attempt to help meet the emotional and spiritual needs of married couples who are struggling with the pain of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, infant lost, labour pain, swollen legs, cramps, morning sickness, foods craze and the many other symptoms experienced by pregnant women.

Victory is highly contagious. A single Victorious Woman can affects entire families and workplaces and even whole neighborhoods. Are you one of them? If not, why not?

Evening and morning, and at noon I will speak and declare: and he shall hear my voice.Psalm 55:17

APRIL 2009 BULLETIN

Easter Greetings

Celebration of Jesus's Death And Resurrection
Christ's death was accompanied by at least four miraculuos events

1. Darkness came all over the land.
2. The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
3. The earth shook and rocks split.
4. Dead people rising from their tombs.

The Angel announces the good news of resurrection.

1. Do not be afraid. The reality of resurrection brings joy not fear.
2. He is not here. Jesus is not dead, don't look for him among the dead.
3. Come and see. The tomb was empty then, as it is empty today.
4. Go quickly and tell. They were to spread the joy of the resurrection.

(Rev. Rachel (Senior Pastor)

The Christian Barber

There was a barber that thought that he should share his faith with his customers more than he had been doing lately. So the next morning when the sun came up and the barber got up out of bed, he said “Today I am going to witness to the first man that walks through my door.”
Soon after he opened his shop the first man came in and said, “ I want a shave!” The barber said, “Sure, just sit in the seat and I’ll be with you in a moment.” The barber went in the back and prayed a quick desperate prayer saying, “God, the first customer came in and I’m going to witness to him. So give me the wisdom to know just the right thing to say to him. Amen”
Then quickly the barber came out with his razor knife in one hand and a Bible in the other while saying,

“Good morning sir, I have a question for you…Are you ready to die?”

No Peace For The Wicked

There is unseen law at work within the lives of humans. Our Creator stated that there is no peace for the wicked (Isaiah 57:21). Though it may seem as if they are at times prospering, they are also standing on slippery slopes (Psalm 73:18).

There is always a day of reckoning for the wicked, because God has the final say in all things. Their acts have created enemies, and there is no rest from the pressures of those eny them.

A righteous and good person, however, has learned to love others and will be loved in return. Friends and family will surround him or her.

Peace does not come from how much or wealth we accumulate, but an inner mind-set that comes from doing what is right in God's sight.

That kind of peace is a gift from God.
